The richest family on your block isn’t who you think it is

I’ve seen people who make $1,000,000 a year who only have $200,000 saved.

I’ve seen people label flying first class as “necessary spending” when trying to figure out how they were going to make their money last past the age of 75.

I’ve seen people who needed to sell their house to buy groceries, purchase a new Audi when their old one died.

All hat, no cattle.

Looking like you have money and having money are two very different things.

Here’s the inside scoop:
– The really wealthy don’t drive luxury brand cars. They drive Hondas and Toyotas and Fords.
– The really wealthy drink Bud Light, not $70 French wine.
– The really wealthy don’t wear designer clothes. H&M and Macy’s is where they shop.

I’m not telling you this from books I’ve read. I’m telling you this from the people I’ve actually helped.

After looking under the hood of 100’s of families’ finances, I can tell you that your neighbor that looks like they’re barely getting by is probably the richest one on the block.
