The Shortcut Lies In Leveraging Others

One form of Labor Leverage is hiring professionals to do it for you.

It shortcuts your path to the goal. You move faster and “deal” less.

Your tax guy/gal does HUNDREDS of tax returns every year.  They’ll do more tax returns just this year than you will over your entire life.

We leveraged labor recently when one of our FZ members got the dreaded IRS letters about an error on their tax returns.

We sent it to their tax guy who said “Oh, yeah, that was really common mistake this year with the stimulus checks. Here’s how to fix it.”

Another example is when I hired business coaches last year. They knew exactly every problem we would encounter as we grew.

Instead of fumbling for the right answers, they just gave them to me.

One last example is leveraging a professional’s network. I’ve worked with tons of estate attorneys, tax advisors, insurance brokers, and mortgage guys/gals over the last 15 years.

The ones we recommend are people that I know are awesome both from experience and from comparing them with everyone else we’ve worked with.

That saves you the time of interviewing the 5 different estate attorneys your friends/family/coworkers recommended based on their ONE experience.

Finding the shortcut by leveraging others is one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned from studying the most successful people in the world.

Ask who, not how.
