The Secret To Getting Rich

One word: arbitrage

The wealthiest are always on the lookout for arbitrage opportunities (which is really just a form of leverage).

If their tax rate will be lower tomorrow than today, then they’ll delay recognizing income until tomorrow.

They won’t pay down a 5% loan with money earning 10% returns.

They won’t do a task they can hire someone $30/hr to do if they make $200/hr.

They’re always looking for ways to get MORE than one unit of output for every unit of input.

And once they find that leverage point, they pour gasoline on that fire until the flames can’t get any higher.
