If someone feels tight on cashflow, we focus on how much money they’ve already saved.
If someone is skittish about the markets, we’ll talk about what a great long-term opportunity it would be (if it happens).
If someone is nervous to talk about money, we greet them with a smile.
Our goal is to be the counterbalance.
