“Hey man, I gotta bail. I’m up to my eyeballs in year-end tax reports and I don’t have 5 hours to spare for the Christmas Party tonight,” I told my friend Saturday.
There was a pregnant pause.
“Wait. You do a year-end tax report for all of your clients? Really?” he replied.
“Yeah. Well, I mean all the ones who get me their documents anyways.”
“Wow. That’s some serious concierge service.”
“Yeah. Yeah, I suppose it is!”
I sometimes take for granted everything we do for our members and you / they probably do too sometimes.\
So it’s always nice when an outside perspective to put its all back INTO perspective.
