But if you haven’t located it yet, it’s not your fault.
The part no one tells us is that YOUR yellow brick road hasn’t been built yet.
To follow the yellow brick road, first you have to design it and then construct it.
And the hardest part of designing and constructing is being brutally honest with yourself about where you’re starting from.
Focusing on the end is not enough. Equally as important is the beginning.
Do you know how far from Oz you are?
Do you know which direction to start building (and then walking)?
Do you know how long it will take you to get there?
You can’t stumble into Oz.
