The second most important principle in Financial Zen Cash F.L.O. system is Leverage.
Leverage comes in 3 forms, but the concept is the same for all of them. You get out MORE than what you
put in.
The first form is compound interest.
Albert Einstein supposedly called it the 8th wonder of the world.
Compound interest includes the interest you earn in your savings account and the investment returns in
your portfolio.
The magic happens (if you do it right) because it requires no additional time or energy from you.
The second form of leverage is labor.
I bet you are really good at some things and I bet the things you’re bad at are things you don’t enjoy.
So instead of doing those things yourself, hire someone who enjoys those things and therefore will do it
better than you.
Then you’ll have time for the things that you love and are good at (and make you money).
The final form is to build something.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve built a system that I sell to other people.
And because we work with similar people I don’t have to reinvent the wheel with each new member.
So 1 hour put in creates 2 hours worth of revenue. (Admittedly, this one requires the most work, but it
also has the biggest impact.)
So as you FOCUS on your money and retiring in 9 years, seek ways to apply leverage in your life.
Just always ask yourself “How can I get our more than what I put in?”
