How To Set Yourself Up To Win Every Day

I learned a life hack this week from my business crush, Alex Hormozi on how to set yourself up to win every single day.

In an interview, he talks about how he worked with a fitness trainer who guaranteed you’d achieve a “personal best” at EVERY workout. It could be more weight, more reps, more sets, etc.

And the way he kept his guarantee was simple.

He tracked his clients’ progress on over 50 different exercises. 

Before each workout session, he would pull out the list and ask his client “Which one of these can you get one more rep on today?”

Just one more rep on one exercise out of 50 and you can say you are better today than you were yesterday.

Imagine what kind of impact that would have on your brain chemistry being able to say that every day.

So I’m going to spend some time this weekend coming up with my list and make it as long as I possibly can even if some of them might seem silly.
