I got my first hater!

“You gotta step up your social media game, bro,” said my well-intentioned friend.

“How so? I’m publishing 3 times a day, tracking my data – and to the best of my ability – producing content that’s relevant to my audience. What else do you think I should be doing?”

“You need more ‘likes’.”

Anyone reading this who produces content just snorted milk through their nose.

So okay, maybe he’s not a hater in the true sense of the word.

But he still unwittingly proved what all haters do… it’s working.

My goal is to help you level up your financial IQ to commit fewer unforced errors and make increasingly more educated financial decisions.

But I can only do that if people are paying attention.

And you are.

I’ve watched the views and likes steadily increase over the last 3 months and I’ve received a lot of unrequested positive feedback.

And I thank you for that.

But the ultimate stamp of approval is negative feedback.

Think about it. Have you ever formed a negative opinion about something you don’t care about?

The worst response is apathy. A great response is positive. Arguably, the best response is negative.

(Please don’t take this as a request to troll me. But if you actually disagree with what I write, I’d really enjoy a healthy dialogue!)

So while I have a long way to go, I can’t help but feel this is a small sign that I’ve made it.
