Steph Curry’s Lesson On Saying “No”

Steph Curry is not playing on the Olympics basketball team.

Neither is LeBron James. Or James Harden or Chris Paul.

Why are so many NBA superstars NOT playing in the Olympics?

For most of the athletes at the Olympics, it’s the biggest stage in the world. The ultimate result they’ve

dedicated themselves to is standing on the podium with a medal around their neck.

But not for these NBA pros. THEIR ultimate result is winning the NBA Championship, not an Olympic

gold medal.

As much as they’d love to represent our great country in the Olympics, they’ve got bigger fish to fry.

So they said “no”.

Warren Buffet said “The difference between successful people and REALLY successful people is that

REALLY successful people say “no” to almost everything.”

What he means is that REALLY successful people are so focused on their Ultimate Result, that they say

“no” to anything that doesn’t move them towards that goal.

I can show you how to retire in 9 years, but you need to FOCUS on that Ultimate Result which

means getting used to saying “no”.

(You can always try out for the Olympics after you’ve retired.) ????
