To be clear, in no way am I trivializing the terrible things happening in the Ukraine right now.
Our hearts go out to the Ukrainians and their families (including my friends) who are living through this nightmare.

The market had it’s worst day today all year.
And that’s saying a lot because it hasn’t been a great year.
Today the market was down because of the Ukraine atrocity.
Two years ago, the market tanked because of COVID.
Every year there are ebbs and flows in the market and the media attributes the market movements to current events.
But the truth is, the market just needs a break and it uses current events as an excuse refuel, use the bathroom, get a snack, sleep for the night.
Just like taking your family on a road trip, you can’t drive straight through to your destination.
So there’s no need to worry that just because it got off the highway, it won’t get back on.
It just needed a break.
